{"id":13119,"date":"2026-10-01T10:22:34","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T10:22:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cedros.pt\/?page_id=13119"},"modified":"2026-10-01T10:22:34","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T10:22:34","slug":"team-building-leadership-and-teamwork","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cedros.pt\/en\/team-building-leadership-and-teamwork\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Building \u2013 Leadership and Teamwork"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Team Building Lost at Sea \u2013 Leadership and Teamwork<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This team building programme aims to strengthen participants\u2019 skills in leading work groups, applying knowledge in an integrated way and encouraging self-awareness and, where needed, change in attitudes and behaviours.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All participants take turns in the roles of leader and team member,<\/strong> which helps develop essential interpersonal skills and a collective awareness that enables professional challenges to be handled as efficiently as possible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The practical component of this programme (5h30) is reinforced by a 1h30 workshop systematising theoretical models, entitled Leadership and Teamwork.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The underlying model focuses on the approach to and application of:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Strategies to enhance abilities such as interpersonal relationships, mutual support and work coordination;<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The three fundamental principles: task completion, group cohesion and individual development, supported by skills such as clarifying situations, defining strategies, coordinating actions and facilitating learning.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The 6W2H model (what, why, where, when, who, with, how, how much) for comprehensive leadership development.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">What practical challenges will participants face?<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants will have missions\/objectives to achieve, with given, limited resources and a few \u201cobstacles\u201d.
