Observation Program<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color prevented.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Employee involvement is essential.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Management is responsible for preventing injuries.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>All operating exposures can be safeguarded.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Training employees to work safely is essential.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Working safely is a condition of employment.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Management audits are a must.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>All deficiencies must be corrected promptly.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, role in workplace safety, what they can do to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses, and how they can promote safe conditions and eliminate unsafe working conditions.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Specific Objectives<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><mark
