2. For credit card payments, the User’s card will be debited immediately after confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If any of the products ordered are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User’s card once the order is closed.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 4 \u2013 DELIVERY \/ PROVISION AND USE<\/h3>\n
1. Orders will be delivered within 5 WORKING DAYS of the order. Delivery is made by CTT Expresso.<\/p>\n
2. A shipping charge of 5 euros will be added to the order. Shipping is free for orders over 100 euros.<\/p>\n
3. Services will be made available after confirmation of payment.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PRICES<\/h3>\n
1. Prices are in euros and include fees and taxes, taking into account the VAT rate in force on the date the order is paid.<\/p>\n
2. If the price of a product\/service increases, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive the order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 6 \u2013 CANCELLATION AND RETURNS<\/h3>\n
1. Cancellations and returns are handled case by case by Cedros, Lda. Requests must be sent in writing to the contact e-mail cedros@cedros.pt within 8 days of the order; instructions for cancellation, refund of the amount paid and\/or return of the goods will be provided and defined by Cedros, Lda through the same means of communication.<\/p>\n
2. Whenever possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method; if this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and of ownership of the account or card so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.<\/p>\n
3. Cedros, Lda undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 15 days.<\/p>\n
4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they reached the User, without any defect or damage.<\/p>\n
5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the original value of the order, the settlement terms will be indicated by Cedros, Lda.<\/p>\n
