TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GOODS AND SERVICES)
PREAMBLE
1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Centrajuste – Centro de Estudos e Desenvolvimento de Recursos Organizações e Sistemas, Lda., with registered office at Rua Manuel Assunção Mestre N.º 22, 7780-199 Castro Verde, Portugal, tax identification number 506312887 and contact +351 210868855, hereinafter referred to as “CEDROS”, and the persons who wish to make purchases through the website www.cedros.pt/loja, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.cedros.pt/loja shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the information the User needs about the ordering, sale, payment and service delivery or shipping arrangements for purchases made on the website www.cedros.pt/loja
2. These terms govern all the steps needed to place an order and ensure the follow-up of the order/service provision between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS
1. The User places an order by completing the purchase process on the website www.cedros.pt/loja, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping basket:
2. To submit an order, the User must:
- a) Register on the website www.cedros.pt/loja, providing the information requested.
- b) Log in (using the e-mail and password combination chosen by the User when registering).
- c) Complete the information and choose the options provided during the checkout process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax number (NIF) and name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products/services available for sale, as well as of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only terms applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. CEDROS, Lda will fulfil orders received online while stocks last. If a product/service is unavailable, CEDROS, Lda undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The User is fully responsible for the details on the invoice. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.
6. Orders are valid for 30 (thirty) days, unless the order is placed under a promotional campaign that sets a different period; service provision, prices, discounts, promotions and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received by our services within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
1. On the website www.cedros.pt/loja, Cedros, Lda offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay – Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
- a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
- b) Multibanco reference;
- c) Bank transfer;

2. For credit card payments, the User’s card will be debited immediately after confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If any of the products ordered are out of stock, their value will be credited to the User’s card once the order is closed.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY / PROVISION AND USE
1. Orders will be delivered within 5 WORKING DAYS of the order. Delivery is made by CTT Expresso.
2. A shipping charge of 5 euros will be added to the order. Shipping is free for orders over 100 euros.
3. Services will be made available after confirmation of payment.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
1. Prices are in euros and include fees and taxes, taking into account the VAT rate in force on the date the order is paid.
2. If the price of a product/service increases, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive the order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
1. Cancellations and returns are handled case by case by Cedros, Lda. Requests must be sent in writing to the contact e-mail cedros@cedros.pt within 8 days of the order; instructions for cancellation, refund of the amount paid and/or return of the goods will be provided and defined by Cedros, Lda through the same means of communication.
2. Whenever possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method; if this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and of ownership of the account or card so that the refund can be made by bank transfer.
3. Cedros, Lda undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 15 days.
4. Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they reached the User, without any defect or damage.
5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the original value of the order, the settlement terms will be indicated by Cedros, Lda.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
Your data is processed in compliance with personal data protection legislation. Your data, which is processed electronically, will be held in the database(s) of Cedros, Lda and is intended for registration and for presenting other products and services, as well as institutional information provided by the company.
Providing your data is optional and, under the law, you are guaranteed the right to access, rectify and delete any data that directly concerns you, in person or in writing, directly to the address shown on the home page of this website.
