TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES

Below are some of the activities we offer. These activities can be combined with talks by keynote speakers, an on-site meeting (in our auditorium), a snack or a lunch.

Leader Decision Exercises (LDX) can be designed for front-line leaders, middle managers or strategic leaders, and can cover any scenario your team may face.

Leader Decision Exercises (LDX) use a scenario that gives leaders/managers the opportunity to develop a plan based on limited information and time, delivering huge returns in the development of your leaders. See more HERE.

Village Paper Chase

A route completed in groups of 3 or 4, following a map and finding answers to questions posed along the way (about the village’s tourism and heritage). The group that answers all questions correctly in the shortest time wins.

Bridging the Divide

.

Bridging the Divide sets challenges that will certainly help teams with project management and excellence in execution. Each of your teams builds one section of a bridge, which must connect perfectly to the sections built by the other teams and allow a remote-controlled car to cross.

.

.

Raft Building

.

Your employees’ challenge will be to design and build a sturdy, functional raft. Various components will be available.

This is a great teamwork exercise and will help your employees improve communication, problem-solving and decision-making.

Once the rafts are ready to launch, the fun begins on the water!

.

Games Without Frontiers

.

Just like in the real Olympics, a series of competitive games awaits the teams, each aiming to reach the highest possible position.

At the end of the event, the best-performing team is crowned Olympic champion and receives a “gold” medal!
